Allium Housing have an amazing team of support staff who support several of my young people (care experienced). The communication I have had with the staff team, their willingness to go above and beyond, and their general positive attitude has been amazing and has really helped the young people I have housed with them to develop, be supported and feel safe.

Positive outcomes
We have had some pretty serious safeguarding incidents which have been dealt with by the support team, notably Chloe, Zoe, Helen, Taylor and Penny. Their support has been amazing and of the highest standard in terms of understanding what the young people need, understanding how to work in a trauma-informed way, and being good, caring people who want good outcomes for the young people they support. The team have a fantastic way of building trusting relationships, and I've seen first hand how that's contributed to keeping young people safe or helped the young people return after incidents or traumatic experiences.
Why they recommend us
A very caring and experienced staff team, who never give up on our young people and clearly have their best interests at heart. I feel that I can trust the team in my absence to support my young people and make the right decisions on how best to support them.
